But there are so many variables concerning PO4 to make such a general conclusions and calculations - you are running GFO, there is definitely some phosphate poll in the sand and rocks., etc. But it is very interesting experiment I would say.
Yes I´m aware of this but the experiment is over time and the only known change (compared with first of July) is the DOC dose. Its also this way that I do not trust my Hanna Checker 100% (not even 50%
) but its a serie that will continue. I have also used unfiltered samples. It can happens that redo the test run later on and see if PO4 will rise back to around 0.36 mg/L again. But there is a lot of different parameters included but I get a rather low percentage - even if I had got 50/50 - it still indicate other factors involved than growth
