Last chamber in AIO tank low

looks like your water level is just low due to evaporation. a lid would help reduce evaporation.
I would remove the wire from the AIO chamber and organize it at the bottom of the tank and out of sight. Make sure you make a loop so water doesn't get into your electronic.
I have the same I.M AIO system but mine is 14 gallon. I have the heater and ATO in the third chamber. 2nd chamber is a skimmer. I set the water level on the 3rd chamber flushed with the 2nd to reduce noise.
I’ll be moving the heater back to the third chamber after my cycle is done and I put the filter sock back in the second! I just moved it because the water level was dipping so fast that my heater was exposed. I will move that wire asap! Do you mean to put in a lid in place of the mesh netting I have on it currently? Also which chamber did you put the sensor for the heater/thermometer?

first thing - could just be that pic - but id remove that nicely bundled cord out of the chamber. Nicely bundled tho - envious! It was a bit of trial and error to get water level for ato. What ato are you using?
Good idea, I’ll undo it and move it! I have the prism ato that I am now planning on setting up tonight. It’s a bit hard to see the sensors on it so I’m sure there will be trial and error for me too haha

I also keep the sensor in the 3rd chamber but on the opposite side from the heater. space is very limited in a nano AIO. You could easily cut a piece of acrylic to size and place it on top of the mesh with a hole cut out for feeding or replace the whole thing the with just a lid. I personally don't like a cover so I build a frame around the tank to help prevent the fish from jumping out and block light bleed into the room. Also install an ATO to top off about a gallon of water a week.
