Last fish for a 20 gallon long aquarium

I currently have 2 clowns and a Green Goby. I'm looking for an open swimmer for my last addition. Please give me some ideas. Btw, I'm building a mini reef. Thanks for the help.

IMO the smallest tank I’d put an Angel in is a 40 Breeder. And that’s for the pygmy Angels. I’d add a Royal Gramma or Blackcap Basslet.

I've had cherub pygmy angel in my 32 gallon and 20 gallon for years without issue. Mixed Reef tanks.
