Last over baffle creating bubble is return section.

When drain valves are opened more than 15%(just a guess % wise) water falling over the last baffle causes bubbles. No bubbles are present any where else in the sump. 180 gallon tank with 40 breeder sump and a varios 8 pump. I am worried with the valves being so close to being closed that they could clog and overflow the tank. Any recommendation? Over under over baffles about one inch apart

Id open it up fully but add some foam or filter floss there

opened one of the valves all the way open and just controlling flow through one just in case the one gets clogged i have the emergency drain and the 2nd drain fully open. Water level in sump is high right now and water isn’t falling down the last baffle so I’ll wait to see if the flow is to much when some evaporates
