Lol, I dunno. I dated an electrical engineer hobbiest for a bit. Wondered if maybe he had intended to build me a hybrid light? He didn't have a Toyota, and ironically I didn't until last week. I thought maybe it was bought with intention to use a different way?

A wire is a wire. You can always make something out of it. But the better question is.. do you need to?
 
Looks to be a wiring kit for a aftermarket radio install. Use for a tank.........? Nope.
