Last sponge question, I promise

Once again, I'm not sure if these are sponges. I'm concerned they could be algae or some sort of fungus. There are no areas of the rock that are completely covered, but I do have this white stuff in various spots throughout the tank. Pictures below.

It's probably not a fungus. Or anything bad.
Sponges an tunicates most likely.
Cleare closer pics will help.
And never stop asking sponge questions.

Sponges are one of the oldest life forms on the planet so there are many many kinds. Same goes for tunicates and even more so bacteria. Most are fine in a tank and won't hang Around long.
