Okay I have no idea what disease I have in the tank right now and the only medication I have is copper and I assumed it was ich but I am not sure now. It’s been in the tank for 2 months my blue tang is in the worst shape yet. But now my yellow tang has many white spots and same with my clownfish. I will retry the cupramine treatment for 30 days I only have a salifert kit I bought a hanna checker 1 week ago still hasn’t been delivered and don’t think I can wait for it to come

Something tells me you have not gotten the original Copper treatment up to therapeutic levels and did not maintain that level.

Yeah it’s a hospital tank, and I bought a hanna checker cane few hours ago. Will be doing copper treatment 0.5 level for cupramine for 14 days if this fails then I’m done

Despite the long timeline, that still looks like Cryptocaryon (ich) to me. Not too severe, but right at the cusp where it could really take off. I'd start the Cupramine back up, using the Salifert test to ensure there isn't residual copper that would add to this dose. Remember not to use any water conditioners like Prime when dosing with Cupramine.

I prefer Copper Power over everything.

If you find and read the thread you will see .5 is not a therapeutic level.

I have I tried implement tank transfer method everything looked so good no spots all fish eating healthy 3 days back into hospital tank and boom white spots. Pretty sure it came in again by aerosols transmission.

I’ve tried get copper power but it’s not available in the UK so cupramine it is
