Does anyone know a good quick & easy guide for learning to pronounce Latin words?

Been in the hobby a long time and I still can’t pronounce the scientific names of most species. And I sound like an idiot when I try.

It depends ... you'll need to take some classes to work out use cases. Like English, there are not hard and fast rules. Context is key. But until then, check this out.
