Does anyone know if they will eat fish? I know the larger species of Rhodactis mushrooms will eat fish but I can't find any specific information on the lavenders.

I have always been told any mushroom of a larger size can eat fish. I was also told it was usually a dying fish though.

I'm finding conflicting information on the lavender mushroom full size. Some websites state that it only grows to be 3 inches while other sites say it will get 5 - 6 inches or larger.

I don’t believe a healthy fish would fall prey to a mushroom

I'm concerned about my small 1 inch clowns using the mushrooms as surrogate anemones and don't want them to get eaten.
