Lawnmower Blenny Being Bullied?

I have noticed that my lawnmower blenny being "attacked" by other tank mates. Its being nipped on by a new yellow tang and my skunk cleaner shrimp was eating something off of its head. I see the yellow tang following my blenny around as well. The tang is a new addition.

Is my blenny being attacked?

Both herbivores of sorts. They can compete for the same foods.
