I recently got a lawnmower blenny about 3 weeks ago. He's small just about 1 1/2" and I noticed that even though I have plenty of algae and even a few spots of hair algae, he hasn't really been going for it. (Kind of the whole reason I got him) I even noticed him start to get a little skinny. And then one day, when I was feeding the rest of the fish, I noticed him take a bite of mysis and ever since that day, that's all he seems to want to eat. He loves it. He does take a cpl munches here and there on the glass but it's really not much. I even bought some algae sheets and clipped some to a rock on the bottom but he wanted no parts of it and by the next day the crabs ate the whole thing. Is there any way I can get him to eat algae??

Hard to say how to make a fish eat their veggies.
Mine loves bryopsis and never eats any other algae.
