Wow you have a good eye. I don't really think it's anything. As long as the fish is eating I would not worry. Fish looks healthy to me.
 
Just noticed this weird looking stuff on my lawn mower blennys sides. Still eating great, and very active. Tank parameters are all within the range they should be
