This is one fish I’ve had in every setup . This particular one seams to be very faded and lighter coloured .
Even though he’s grown and keeps getting fatter. Why does it seam so pale ?

I've owned several and the coloration can vary quite a bit. If he's eating and gaining weight I wouldn't be too overly concerned.

Another thought . Although it’s growing in length , these particular fish seam to always carry a bulging belly that keeps getting bigger

They're like "chipmunks of the sea" in that they're always stuffing their face.

The Belly should have this belly appearance as they eat throughout the day and they do lose coloration with age but also is associated with lighting provided as lower light will make them look darker and higher white pale.
