I have a clownfish that rests near the bottom of the tank. It swims around and even swims to the top for feeding, but it seems a little lazy, lazier than the other clownfish who is a lot more active. Most of the time it sits in the sand and doesn't stray from a rock where it sleeps. I don't know if it's being territorial or if it has to do with a lingering illness. I think this is the fish that had what looked like brooklynella (b/c both clownfish are identical and the same size) and I did a 5-min FW dip and put it back into the tank. This was about 2 weeks ago. There are no visible signs of brook, and I'm just concerned that it seems really lazy. Is this normal clownfish behavior or do I need to treat it?

Can you post a pic? Have you seen any white stringy poop? Any aggression that you've noticed between the two clowns or from other fish?

No stringy white poop. I noticed that there's a white film on both clowns now and they were both being lazy. I performed a freshwater dip again on them and they seem to perk up again after a day. I think it's brook.

That sounds like brook, does it kind of look like the skin is starting to slough off? A pic would help. If it is brook you will want to give them a 90 minute bath in ruby reef rally and then treat them in a qt with chloroquine phosphate or metronidazole. Do you have other fish in the tank?

I would put them in QT after a FW dip or a 90 min acriflavin bath. Treat them with 2 scoops of metro per 10G for 14 days.
