I have a couple of Trochus snails that do nothing since day one. Moved maybe half an inch from their initial location in the tank. The rest is cruising all over the place.
Now, I know Mg can affect snails but I do not have a test for that handy and it's only 2 that are sedentary.
What should I do with them?

Leave them.
If they didn’t move by tomorrow just toss them behind the rocks for bacteria
real-estate

Yeah, mine do the same sometimes. They'll just do nothing for days then go on a binge then go back to not doing much. They sulk when they are moved too.

I haven't seen one of mine move at all. It's just stuck to the underside of one of the rocks. I once moved it and the next morning it was in his old spot. If it eats it must be at night.
Some creatures are like humans I guess - weird :)

Just a quick update. One of them got all wrinkly on underside yesterday and I found it this morning laying upside down on the sand.
It expired by the time I got back from work.
Life happens :(

Another update. Forgot to mention that the other snail that wasn't moving much also died.
All the rest of remaining snails are doing just fine.
