I hoped this was just overflow or something, but after I cleaned the skimmer cup last night, it appears the cup is leaking. What can be done about this? Is something like this covered under warranty? Thanks!

You could seal it with silicone if the warranty thing doesn’t work out. Just do it outside of the aquarium and make sure to let it cure

It’s only like 2 months old... I’m hoping someone from Coralvue will chime in and let me know.

+1 on super glue, silicone doesn’t like acrylic. That is if warranty doesn’t cover it

Please submit a support ticket at coralvue.com/support with your proof of purchase and your shipping information. I will have a replacement cup sent to you.

Wow! Talk about customer service! I’ll do that right away Jeremy! Thanks!!
