Pretty sure I've got bad seam on the front of my tank at the bottom as the front ledge of the stand is damp. Repair or replace? It's 150 gallons. Any suggestions on make or manufacturer would be appreciated.

Check bulkheads if you have them. I had this problem too and it just turned out I had a loose bulkhead and it had a very slow leak which was running under the tank and saturating the plywood beneath making me think the tank was cracked.

Just check it before you do anything drastic

Ouch. If you're 100% it isn't from you doing maintenance or from he fish splashing, I wouldn't wait one second longer than I had to in regards to getting a replacement tank ASAP. Explain o the wife or whomever, the "x" number dollars is going to be far less expensive rather than new floors and shear pain of dealing with it. Not to mention the small fortune I'm sure you have tied up in livestock. Don't wait and move on it! Best of luck.

I agree with double checking where the leak is coming from but do it ASAP. If it is your seal it'll be a great reason to upgrade! :)

The stand was wet on the outside top ledge where the bottom of the tank sits. That was this morning and the A/C in the house was off. Came home from work tonight, the A/C was on and the stand was dry. Humidity in the house? Never experienced that before and the tank has been up for ten years. Thanks to all who responded.
