1. I severely underestimated the amount of water my tank will evaporate, especially now that the gas heat has started to kick on. The rodi is still at my dads for the time being and packing buckets of water from his house to mine SUCKS...lol. Hopefully going to make the big move next weekend.
2. Small chromis can and will be sucked into a CPR overflow. Didn't realize there was supposed to be a "fish screen" there. One got sucked in and didn't make it out. Another got sucked in and made it out ok but died in the tank a couple days later of what appeared to be a parasitic infection of some kind???? I know have a screen on it so nothing else can get in there.
Just a couple of lessons from the week. Overall everything else is doing very well.
