I was doing some maintenance in my sump and one thing lead to another and I let a bit much from the ATO into the tank. I am at 1.022 right now but I also have my sump overfull. It will evaporate down to probably 1.024 if not 1.025 I am guessing. I added a bunch of marco rock to my sump. That is why the sump level is up even after the ATO top off.
Please confirm for me that my thought is correct? Let the tank evaporate down to normal level and adjust salinity if needed after that. i.e. a slow drift from 1.022 up to 1.025 is better than starting to swap out water trying to bring the salinity back in check.
