Leather coral dying or shedding?

Hi all

Just wanted an opinion whether my leather is dying or just shedding.

I got it about 3 weeks and and it was happy for the couple of days but then the polyps withdrew and haven't been out since. It shrunk a little but doesn't seem to have flopped over.

Running ai prime light. Nitrates about 4, phosphate undetectable, salinity 1.025, temp 25deg C.

If it is dying, should I get it out?

It looks kind of shiny in the first pic. They do that before they shed.

Mine is doing the same. I think its shedding. I started to see polyps today again

If they get shiny they're shedding. They can close up for several weeks at a time with no ill effect.
