what is happening here, does anyone know? I stood it up, it's bent over and mad, and then found that it's released/torn! it had some milky stuff come out of it also....it has P/E, well it did before I moved it. should I take it out and toss it, or move it somewhere???

yeah that's what I did. I was just super anxious, because I've had that coral probably 6 years, it's a transfer tank to 300 gallons, and that leather is huge!! was pretty worried about it killing things, but I have some carbon, and ran that, then I cut it with a fresh scalpel, and then rubber banded it to the rock. which it came loose...so it got it again LOL
