I have two toadstools.
Both are higher up in my tank and get a lot of indirect flow. I think the reason your green one is fully extended is because it's higher and I see a power head to the opposite side of it so it's getting more light and flow
Try putting your new one closer to where the green one is and see what happens!

Hopefully he decides its a good place for him if not i would switch with the little on you have as it is right direct infront of power head

How long do you thinking should wait to see if its gonna like it there.? A week ? 2?

I would leave it alone for 2 or 3 weeks at least and it should settel in nicely :-) As i said mine was upset for near 2 months before.

So its staring to stand up and look more lively already :D! But now my tyree green didn't open -_- lol. And this little dude opened since the first day I got him and would never ever retract, sometimes not even at night.. Could it be because I introduced another one ? Picture attached

It still looks healthy to me, just not happy. Might not be a bad idea giving it a dip if your really worried. It could be still adjusting tho. Like everyone has said they shed, and will look bad during that time. If it's not happy it will look like that too. Not sick but not happy either. If you see holes, dying tissue, discoloration (grey or black), or if it smells bad those are all signs it's dying. At that point you should try to cut away all dead tissue, and do a dip before replacing into the tank.

They will discolor as they are shedding too. They get this waxy build up and it looks bad but it's natural.

I keep mine in some good flow. About half way up the tank. In direct light. It's doing awesome!

I also have noticed the more you move it around, and the more you mess with flow, and light the more angry leather gets.

What are you using for light? Your zoas are stretching like crazy!

I have T5's. I bought these like that already and I placed them up so hopefully they get better. I've already seen 3 new heads sprout since I got it

Leathers are one of those corals where they decide to be grouchy for no reason.
Don't worry so much about the green one.
The fact that your other one stretched up is a great sign.
Keep your water clean and flow strong and they will be fine :)
