Hi I have brought a leatherfingers coral and just wondered where the best placement in tank would be? Where they do best ?

I've found them to be pretty hardy. If you find a spot with moderate lighting and medium flow, you should be good to go. That's a nice looking specimen by the way!
 
Okay cool and thankyou he sulked for a day lol but he seems happy now [emoji4]do they grow much just thinking about him having room wherever I decide to glue him, hes gunna be the first coral I've ever stuck to rock to want to get it right lol
 
IME they do best with a lot of light and a lot of chaotic flow, especially if the base is secure. These swift currents help to keep the shedding to a minimum too.
 
And my fish use it as a bathroom so good flow really helps with that
