Leather not looking to good help and advise needed

My leather over the last few weeks had started developing yellow/green spots, now it's decided to close up, anybody any ideas.

Duncan has lost a few heads to brown jelly, which I have treated with reef primer dip for 5 mins, I mention this because they live next to each other and have done for 9 mths ish

This would be what I would do.

Remove the leather, do a coral dip on it. High strength, but quick. Like 5-10 seconds. After the dip, let it rest a day then do an iodine bath on it. I do a super strong dose, such as 3 drops per cup of water (in a separate container of course) and use just enough water to submerge the coral. Let it soak for 20-40 minutes.
It looks like it has yellow spot disease, which will kill it if left untreated. If doing the above doesn't show improvement in 24-36 hours, I repeat the iodine bath and extend it by 5-10 minutes. if by the second bath I don't see an improvement, my course of action is to frag the coral by removing the sick tissue. I've saved some seriously ill corals this way.

Are you thinking of Yellow Band disease? I never heard of Yellow Spot - this doesn’t look to much like Yellow Band. Maybe you or OP can diagnose using this guide:

Also might just be molting. They take 7-10 days to molt.

Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a try this wkend

Yellow band happens in hard corals I think.
 
Your nitrate is high at 25-40ppm and I might think your phosphate is too high as well, but I did not see a number for your post. Reduce nitrates/phosphate with several water changes over a week. 2-10ppm nitrate and 0.05-.1 phosphate is a good area to shoot for and works well in a mixed system.

This may not be entirely the cause, but, IMM, outside the parameters many keep.
 
My PO4/NO3 consistently runs .5/50 and my toadstools are thriving, so I don't think that's the problem. Soft corals like "dirty" water.
