Hey R2R,
I just added a Weeping Willow to a new tank of mine and I’ve noticed some spots appearing on it, so I want to get other opinions on if it’s either shedding or dying. This new tank is 75 days old and I just added a few corals from my other tank into it for the first time 4 days ago to see how they’d do. I added some Zoas, a blasto, a sinularia, a devils hand leather and this weeping Willow. Everything has open polyps and looking healthy except for the Willow, what’s your opinion on what’s going on? Maybe phosphate is too low?
Flow is pretty low near the Willow right now
Par near the Willow: 110
Salinity: 1.026
Amm: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10 ppm
Phos: 0.01 ppm
Calcium: 420 ppm
Alk: 9.0 dKh
Magnesium: 1360 ppm
I only weekly dose MicroBacter7 right now
