Just looking for confirmation that he’s shedding and not covered in algae.
If I’m wrong, and that is algae, what’s the best way to help him?

Parameters are all solid, and other corals in the tank are happy and growing rapidly.
Alk 9.3
Ph 8.1
Salinity 1.025
Calcium 392
Ammonia .06
Nitrate 2
Temp 79

Hard to tell, but mine sheds quite often and Isn't a big deal.

This is pretty standard for these soft corals. They produce a mucous layer and shed it in order to shed detritus, bacteria and other pathogens. I would be more concerned if it wasn't happening regularly. Make sure there is good flow to assist in the process and keep the coral healthy.

I’ve only had in for a few weeks, so my knowledge was research based only. This is my first shedding round. So thank you for confirming!
