When purchasing my Colorado sunburst and and Chicago sunburst (in different systems) I was told that keeping leathers is a no no and even xenia is bad to keep with them. What's others opinions and if u keep leathers or not with ur sunburst nems?

I spoke with a couple people who keep high end anemones and they say it's not a big deal keeping them with leather corals.Iv never heard of rainbows or black widows having a problem with leathers which I have both of but with these high priced nems I was told by the sellers leathers are a no no
Are u sure it was the toadstoolI run into the same situation with a Chicago sunburst and a Japanese toadstool. The Sunburst developed a bacteria infection over time and split into 3s.I treated the Sunburst with Cipro in a separate tank. They have recovered but lost color for the time being.I didn't know about the toadstool when i added the anemone.
Hopefully others on here will share their experience and input I was told by both sellers of my sunbursts yo absolutely not keep them in systems with leathers but I find I have more leathers then other coral (due to ease of care)and a nem only tank to me is boringI spoke with a couple people who keep high end anemones and they say it's not a big deal keeping them with leather corals.
I have heard you need to keep them separate from each other and other e quadracolors.
No i don't know for sure what happened but i took out the toadstool just to be on the safe sideAre u sure it was the toadstool
