Ok so I changed it last night when I first noticed about how large is large mine is a 70 gallon tank

Your new saltwater hopefully contains 0ppm ammonia. If your tank has 0.5ppm ammonia, changing 50% of water will halve it to 0.25ppm. If you do another 50% water change the next day, you halve it again to 0.125ppm.

The more water you change at one time, the more drastically you will reduce the ammonia concentration. But this also will more drastically affect your other parameters as well, so you want temp and salinity to match. Later once your tank is established, alkalinity, calcium, magnesium would also be important to match, but that's a whole other topic.

Looks fine. Don't move them around too much as they are adjusting to your tank. Looks like this is in a different spot from your first photo.

I am done moving anything but do you think it’s fine if so I will keep up with the water changes and then just focus on after I have the parameters set the other elements

I was just trying to adjust for appropriate water flow but they seem in good spots now
