Hey everyone, new to the scene.

So I got ich in my tank and I know the only way to treat it is to leave the DT fallow for few weeks. I got my yellow tang, angel fish and two clownfish in my QT tank now and treating with coppersafe.

In my DT I still have 3 firefish and a goby. Do I attempt to get them out and also get them in QT or just leave it as is?

Trying to eradicate all diseases from the tank so I have no more issues in the future and will definitely QT all fish from now on.

All help is appreciated as I dont want anymore loses.

If you have decided to follow that path - you must have the tank without fish and take up the remaing once too. However - if this is the right path - is another discussion. But a straight answer to your question is that the tank need to be fishless for the whole period if you want to followw that path.

Sincerely Lasse
