EMergency! I came home to a cloudy tank and soon realized one of my recently purchased motion sensor lights fell into the sump. I quickly picked it out and noticed a thick black substance pouring into the tank. Everyone seems to be okay as of now. What do I do? I Have no carbon or fresh RODI now. Please help me!

Pictures would help. You should definitely get carbon (somewhere) - it may be a non-issue - depending on how long the light was in the sump IMHO

You cant tell from the tank pictures. Its just a little cloudy.

I also have a friend bringing carbon ATM..

Preparing for a massive water change.

Thanks for the pics - water change - large :)

The light could have been in the sump for at least 16 hours.

Is there anything else I can do right now?
