It depends on which diodes you're talking about. The wattage isn't what matters, though, and the answer is probably not. You have to look up the Forward Voltage (denoted Vf) required for your specific diodes. From there, you look up the voltage output range for the driver that you are looking at. Then multiply the Vf by the number of diodes that you want to run. If that falls within the voltage range of the driver then you're good. It's always best to leave a safety margin on the upper and lower ends of those voltage ranges, too. Try to not run the bare minimum or full maximum because of slight Vf variations between individual diodes that can cause you problems when you actually go to fire up the string.
