My LED died after putting in my new snail/crab order on Thursday. Apparently the heat sink screws on one side broke free and one LED in the corner dropped into contact with the acrylic cover. From the looks of things his caused it to overheat and fry. I took things apart and tested it all and that was the only casualty. I cut it out if the loop, spliced the wires, and am back in business. Good thing, too, because I just put a rock anemone in there. I seriously should have mounted it better, but this is an ancient hood going on 10+ years old - plastic is getting brittle.

Will post a photo of the LED barBQ soon as a sleeping little girl awakens from her afternoon nap on my chest. Wish I could capture that feeling or sentiment on a Life Is Good t-shirt.

Here is the photo. Notice how even the wires and nylon screws were fried.

That is crazy. Glad all the others are still good.

Let me know if you place an order. I could probably use a couple LEDs. They sent me 3 or 4 of the Aron color.

Scott, I don't know much about LED's but.....that's no bueno

If you can get another XRE royal blue, I'll take it. Not ready to order a lot more at this time. Soon. :)
