LED light ramp up and down

I have a black box LED is there a devise that will make the light ramp up for dawn to daylight then daylight to dark?

My guess is not, but depends on the ‘black box’. FWIW, I’ve yet to find any LED that dims to my full satisfaction. They are all flawed in some way.

Only if the driver is dimmable could you do that.
