LED Light Shade

Hi there - I have an XR30 above an open top 90 gallon cube. I'm not sure if the tank is higher than most or I sit lower than most or my eyes are more sensitive than most but the LED's are overwhelming when I'm sitting down looking at it. Does anybody make a type of shade for this issue or any DIY ideas?

They actually make a diffuser for the light.
Works wonders and I would not run a Radion on an open top tank without one. The light is blinding at eye level and would not be surprised if it does damage to your retina. Definitely consider it if you have small children!
