I was wondering if a 120 watt ajm bridgelux multi color light will be enough light for a 50 gallon breeder tank. It's 36×18×18 1/2. I have a mixed reef.
 
I belive you would need 2, unless you can hang the the one really high above the tank for comlete coverage, or you don't mind dark spots.
 
I run one diy 10x20 with 48 leds over my 55 gallon. I get full coverage but I wouldn't put a lot of coral toward the edged of my tank. I start corals on the sides to acclimate them to my lights and slowly move them towards the center and up.
