I have a LPS and softie 40 breeder and currently running the current orbit pro led and not cutting it for me I'm looking to stay around 4-500$ any input on some good led lights appreciated

I had the same light on the same sized tank. Upgraded to an SB reef light for about 300 and loving it.

Ok I think I'll ho with the ramping one... I wish the wifi one had a ramping function on it.. Should I keep the intensity lower for a few days at first? Just don't know how bright it really is

10-15% whites and 20-30% blues at first. They are very powerful.

Same here. They will grow anything very well. Good choice.

A 40 breeder is 36" long. A SB reeflight 32" would be perfect. The 30 would be fine I would think. You could remove the lenses at the edges of the 30" and get better coverage.
