Doesn't sound like it would be enough depending on light spread and what you are keeping. What are the dimensions of the tank and the shape light throws? If you are keeping just fish and its just to show them off I'd say it's fine but coral wise I'd be very surprised if that Jebao would be enough.

Jebao are ok, but for that size, at least 3 units, for coverage and par....
I had 2x90w popbloom on 130cm tank, everything was growing ok...
Added generic chinese black box 165w, run blues at 100% and white at 30% and my corals exploded, in few days some of corals doubled in size..... Mainly anemones and euphilias.....

I agree on the 3 of those units would be prob ok, all depends on your budget.
Something similar to two AI Hydra 26/32's or a couple of the maxspect lights, or as mentioned some of the Chinese black box lights can give serious results for little money.
