Good Morning, Reefer Community, I just wanted to ask about the Settings for Red Sea Led lights 160 right I have them set at Blues at 80 percent and Whites at 80 percent is good or bad any thing

The whites are mainly for our own viewing pleasure, so adjust as you wish. My whites are at 25%. I think most folks keep them somewhat similarily low, since white llight can feed algae.

sorry Mojo I forgot to ask what are your blues set at

I have a Red Sea led 50 light what setting should my white and blue be set to and how long should it run for? I lost all my settings and can’t remember how it was set thanks for your help
