i recently switched to non dimmable rapid leds and am thinking it might be to powerful. Do you have any idea what i can put under my light to dim it?

Try to drape some standard window screening over the top. Start with 3-4 layers and pull one off every 2 weeks or so to help acclimate, or leave 1 or 2 on permanently. This is what I did when I switched my lights

you have a few options for reducing the amount of light from your fixture.

1. Raise the fixture
2. Place a screen between the fixture and the tank.
3. why do you think they are too bright?

Have you started a build thread yet? It seems you are having quite a few problems/issues and perhaps need to start a thread to condense some of the responses, as well as being able to provide all the critical info that most people will want when trying to give advice on your tank(size, age of tank, specs, equip, params., etc).

Nope i didnt start a build thread because i keep popping up with more qustions, which meants i half to keep making more threads anyway... i think there to bright because my gsp, frogspawns and horn coral dont come out!
