I had five of these and did lots of mods on them....so I’m pretty familiar. What likely happened is that one diode burned out in a way where the electrical circuit is incomplete. To find out which one, take a small piece of wire with both ends exposed. With the light taken apart and turned on, one by one, touch the wire to both “prongs” of each unlit diodes, touching the +\- sides at the same time. When you find the culprit, the whole channel will light up. If this isn’t working, you could have a bad power supply.

If you do find the bad diode, you’ll need to replace it. You can buy 3W diodes on EBay or amazon for really cheap. Buy some extras. I found that after a few years, my lights got dim and I started getting lots of burnt blue diodes and had to replace nearly all of them .

I loved these lights and. Their customer service is surprisingly good for being in China. They had a man/or woman names Sonny that helped me a few times. They sold me parts (power supplies, fans, and a head unit I ruined by dipping in water) for next to nothing when my lights were far out of warranty.

Thanks I feel better knowing I’m not in this alone. Again thanks

Yea, likely a diode is open.
most digital VOM can be used to check diodes..
Use either diode or low Ohms scale.
Good diodes will light dimly w/ the applied voltage of the meter. no need to power the unit.
If you want a faster test.. 9V battery across 3 in series. Will light brightly all 3..
A Meanwell wired driver makes a nice test unit..Meanwell LDD-XXX-HW.
coupled w/ a cheap >6V DC power supply.

Don't discount driver failure which can be checked by swapping driver..
