LED/ T5 Combo Plans

Looking for thoughts... Preparing to install lighting into my aquarium hood on my 150 Gallon (60" length, 24" depth, 24" width). Been debating between LED and T5's and decided to go with both.

Going to add 2 AI Hydra's above hood and mount 4 T5 retrofit fixtures inside hood. Plan to do a mixed reef SPS, LPS, etc.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

This is an interesting topic as I have the same size tank I'm setting up. I was planning on running x3 radion pros with x4 60" t5's

I debated between the Hydras and Radions... I guess we can compare results down the road.

Are you planning on 52s or 26s? I have a 60x18x20 , I run 3 hd 26s and 4 T5s. I like the versatility or the combo!

I am doing 2x 52's. May add another 52 or a 26 once I see the coverage.
