Led too white

Well bulb started flickering again and finally died. So, did the multimeter thing and no power was going through to the leds so the ballast is definitely shot. I'm just going to gut them and build a led t5 hybrid and call it a day. Thanks for the help and info.

Like I mentioned earlier.. Probably the other capacitors

So the driver you posted earlier I would need 2 for both bulbs...Correct?

Yea, recommended one for each.. More futzing but you could keep the working one.. but not really recommended.
not sure how things will "fit" if you know what I mean..

Personally, though more in shipping, I'd get one and rebuild to test "proof of concept"...

I'm going to cut the heatsink off and use the puck and fans in a diy fixture with 2 blue t5 bulbs. The issue with these bulbs or atleast the ones I have is that if they're within 12-14" of the water surface they short out from humidity/condensation. Around 16-18" they stop dimming and shorting out and run perfectly fine...except the dead one lol.

I'm past the return policy and at the price I got the original for($70) I can eat the price for the power these pucks/lense combo can put out with a good driver. If they were 20k setup without red leds it would be a steal in my opinion. With the right driver and cooling I'm pretty sure they can put out 300 par at 24 inches.

Thanks I'll look into that driver. Anything wrong pushing the leds between 50-60 watts?

I'd be concerned w/ heat but its "possible"
@700mA probably already pushing like 35W each..
