If you are looking for an of the shelf unit, I would suggest AI Sol or maybe Orphek

if you are going to DIY then reef ledlights is great. Really nice options and good people to work with. But there are many options. If you want something put together already then check out the evolution from reefkoi and the light from reeffiltration. Both of those are nice as well. The AI sols are really nice but one would not cover the 36 in very well. and it would get costly having two. but really nice units. another option is to use reefbrite strips. Add them as you need them. and they come in 36 in lengths

A couple other options beyond what was already mentioned are the lights from our new sponsor Apollo LED & also the AquaIllumination fixtures which can be purchased from several dry goods retialers. All options have their pros & cons, so it's more of a personal preference.

I have 2 of the Sunbrite Slimline's over my rimless 40B. I love the way they look on the tank and everything seems to be getting plenty of light. They were pretty cheap compared to other LED's on the market at the time.
