Ok I have the Dsuny leds. My question is they have 4 channels 1200k, 420, 450, and a 6500k. Is there a need to run the 6500k channel? Or can I just run the 3 other channels and call it good?

Is white light absolutely necessary? No. In fact, I believe the Radion Pro Blue's don't even have white LED's (correct me if I'm wrong).
Personally, I'm running a modified AB+ schedule, which does include all my blues and whites. I, however, am not running my red or green channels at all.

Your white channel will have a significant percentage of the blue light your fixture produces. When looking at the excitation wavelengths for fluorescing proteins used by corals many of the proteins need green, yellow or orange wavelengths to fluoresce. See Dana Riddle's articles for more info.
