LEDs today

I looked at these a couple of times but for someone like me that is a little DIY challenged, those ballast scared me and was worried I would not get it configured right per led. I think you have to wire these in parallel right?
Good luck and look forward to seeing it.

I mounted them on this just like alot of people are doing used the thermal paste to get the LEDS to stay in place. To get it hanging in the canpy I just got some chain S hooks and some small screw in hooks.

Looks good! Did you put any fuses or anything on the parallel strings?

Brandon

Gotcha. You should consider them. Without them, one LED can kill most of the rest. :)

Keith - Is that just strips of aluminum riveted together? How well does it perform in regards to heat?

Brandon - What kind of fuses would you suggest?

the dimmable drivers here will natrually not work with a controller has any one gotten these working with a controller. Like the higher cost crees?

The maxwellen drivers they sell don't work on controller dimming but I'm not sure about keiths kit because he has meanwell drivers same brand everyone uses for their crees. As I understand it controllers put off a voltage to dim it and the maxwellen don't need a voltage.
