LED's vs T-5's

do you think two of the 48"er's would replace my T-5 actinics?

I saw the same sticks at Hamilton's wholesale store and they were really bright soo maybe?

I am gonna buy two of them and see
I know the LED's bring out WAY more colors but I wonder if I can eliminate my ice cap 660 and the T-5's if I get two..

Actually my actinices right now are TOO bright. I'm overamping two 54 w T-5's with an Icecap 660 there are running HOT and about at 86w each
they are too bright I want a darker tank with just actinics on
