is it safe to re add what's left at the bottom of your dosing containers back into your new mix to top off the container?

I do. As long as you dont confuse them I'd think it'd be fine.

yeah mixing then up would suck haha but I do them one at a time so I don't screw up. will it concentrate the mix. I use the balling method and it specifies 1 gl to "x" amount of scoops.

What chemical? There generally should not be much left, and if its just a trace, it won't hurt anything, but likely is not the chemical you are trying to dose, but an insoluble impurity.

calcium alk and mg. I don't like to deplete them to the last drop in the container and cause a drop or imbalance in my parameters. it's only about 10 ml give or take that's left once I refill them.

I can't really see it mattering much either way: rinse it out, or not. :)
