Be careful when dealing with this seller. He changed his policy once FedEx was late for my shipment . The torch came dead and refused to give me refund ,wanted to give me half . I had to take it up to PayPal. He then started telling stories how he doesn't cover for delays in shipping which he did not state in his originals DOA policy , he actually screen capped a different dated one. See the attachment with torch vs the gray one where he sent to PayPal to plead his case. He kept going on about he's just a student so he can't fully refund me . Be wary of dishonest seller . Thank god PayPal refund my amount but it took over 2 months . I have messages and screen cap for proofs.

Um you are telling the wrong facts. Didn’t you read my response in my previous post? The first screenshot was on my public post which stated the policy. The second screenshot was in PMs (not public) which I typed it out on top of my head when I was at work so you can’t expect me to remember everything when I have other things going on. It was clearly stated in public post which you should have seen it before messaging me. I also added some screenshots here that explains everything what happened and FedEx was in your area for over 5 hours in extremely cold weather. FedEx even stop honoring their guarantees. But you chose to take the risk and took the torch, even when you told me you are having dino issues and that your acros were not getting colors.

If you didn’t know, PayPal chose to side with buyer because that’s what they do 95% of the time (even stated by a simple google search lol). PayPal representatives have no experience with corals and live goods. So they were treating this case as a “dry good”. It is what it is.

You can see I have a lot of great feedback from my customers on R2R. It’s just you who‘s not happy with FedEx‘s fault, not mine. It was already out of my control after FedEx picked up. But I still refunded you for the price of a head when you sent me a pic which one head looked bad, but the other head did look good before putting it in your tank.

Thank god there are messages saved. So I asked for your DOA policy you sent me one but you don't honor because its a private message ? I did not choose any risk when shipping , I asked YOU if it was good to ship lol . Thank god for messages and screen shot . Your torch same day enter the tank as per your instruction . Acros are wayyy more sensitive than torches and dino did not affect any of my torches or lps . Lol I see you keep trying but you ignore the fact that you didn't deliver good as promise and trying to blame the buyer. Good luck to anyone who buys from this seller .

Not exactly correct about policy via PMs, reread my message earlier when I said I typed it out on top of my head at work when I was doing other things. You still should have seen the policy on my post before PMs lol and you could have asked me to clarify it. Like I said, it’s FedEx fault. Not mine or yours. The main thing I’m trying to say is that I cannot be responsible for FedEx when they were in your area for half a day in cold weather plus you chose to deliver this package at your work address, not your personal home. So I have no idea if the package was still cold or warm at your workplace until you got home after some time.

Look at my response in the pic below after you asked me about the water since I did save some torches even in brown looking water, so I was speaking based on my experiences.

If you still don’t agree with me, that’s fine. Let’s just move on

I just wanted to contribute to this thread regarding the above comments.
I bought some of the corals in this thread and I will admit I was a bit nervous after reading these allegations above.
however, we had great communication all the way through, Gernader was more than accommodating.
unfortunately the corals I got did not do well in shipping and lost two of them.
we again had great communication about it and he even wanted to wait till the am to see how the third did.
I will say I didn’t think it would make it but it did. I let him know and with out reply I had a refund for the others.
No issues no arguments, just straight up fair treatment.
So with exception to losing much wanted corals he was more than pleasant to deal with.
So I’m sorry to the individual above but I had a different experience, and it was overall a great interaction with exception to losing the corals due to shipping.
