Legacy MP40 Unable to Add to Mobius

I'm trying to add an MP40 that was on an old tank and I'm being told that it's registered to an aquarium and I need to reset it. I put in the pin and tap reset and the app just says failed. I've done twelve factory resets. Nothing works!

You try unplugging mp40 for like 30 seconds and starting back up after the resets? I had trouble with my g4 radion same issue, did multiple resets and unplugging worked. Not sure if it will but worth a shot?
