I had a diamond goby that was doing fine in quarantine for 2 weeks then was found laying on his side barely breathing. I thought he was dead but when I went to grab him he swam off sideways. This happened for 4 days. Everytime I was sure he was dead, he would swim off once in the net. When he wasn't on his side, his tail would float up. I am thinking he went to jump out and slammed Into the lid?

Well that was 3 weeks ago! He has been in the display for 2 weeks. Won't eat frozen any more and has a new fear of humans. But he looks totally fine, sits sand and swims just fine. He is eating something as he looks fine after 3 weeks.

Pictures of him 3 weeks ago and then one today.

I had the same thing happen with a wrasse. Although he still has some lingering seizure movement sometimes. As long as he’s eating and moving, gotta let it play out
